Where this equipment fits
Space-constrained STPs and low-solids reuse pretreatment.
Where a textile mill or commercial facility wants reuse, define the destination first: washing, cooling, irrigation or another process. A low-TSS effluent can still contain dissolved salts. For Pakistan projects, confirm pretreatment, membrane cleaning supplies, concentrate disposal and the overall water balance before selecting a recovery target.
How to select mbr treatment systems
Use these inputs to define the equipment duty before comparing proposals.
- 01Feed and fine screening
- 02Biological volume, flux and buffering
- 03Wasting, cleaning and standby
What to check before choosing
Low suspended solids do not make water potable. Define reuse, disinfection and salt-removal requirements separately.
What affects the price in Pakistan?
The quoted price depends on feed and fine screening, materials, controls and the agreed supply scope. For a useful comparison, identify freight, taxes, installation, commissioning and initial spares as separate proposal items where applicable.
For replacement equipment, share the existing nameplate, photographs and connection dimensions. For a new installation, share the design flow or loading, site location and available space. Final availability, delivery and performance terms are confirmed with the selected equipment.
Integration with your treatment plant
Feed analysis, fouling indicators and target reuse quality. Membrane area, flux, recovery and cleaning strategy. Concentrate / backwash handling and replacement access. These interfaces should be checked alongside the individual equipment specification.
